One platform for business operations
Run your entire business from one connected system.
Manage projects, finance, people, and growth with shared data, clear workflows, and complete visibility.

Built for consulting firms, agencies, and donor-funded organizations
One workspace across every core business function.
One record behind delivery, billing, and reporting.
A project exists once. Timesheets, invoices, and dashboards read it — none of them keep a copy.
No exports between a finished milestone and its invoice.
Billing starts from the milestone delivery signed off, not a figure re-typed into another tool.
Eleven modules, one permission model.
What a role can see is decided the same way in Projects as it is in Billing, and enabled per team.
The Kora platform
Everything your business needs to operate.
Start with the modules you need today and expand as your organization grows.
One action moves the next team forward.
Progress in one area becomes the next action somewhere else — no re-entry, no chasing.

One Tuesday
Five modules, one thread.
09:12
Timer runs against a staffed project
11:40
Milestone marked billing-ready
11:40
Invoice request lands with finance
14:05
Approved, then issued
17:30
Budget burn updates itself
Time that reflects how work actually gets done.
A running timer or a quick manual entry — against the projects someone is actually staffed on.

Scope, team, budget, and the clock — in one view.
Most tools track one of the four. Kora connects them, so a budget question and a delivery question have the same answer.

The month-end test.
Run delivery, time, billing, and people in separate tools and each one keeps its own copy of the same numbers. Month-end is when you find out the copies disagree.
Where do the hours live?
In separate toolsIn each team's own file, entered more than once
In KoraIn one project record every module reads
When do the numbers stop matching?
In separate toolsAt month-end, once someone reconciles the copies
In KoraThey can't — there's only ever one copy
How is access decided?
In separate toolsAn admin login the team shares, because roles are too blunt
In KoraPermissions per role, scoped by department
Where does an invoice get its figures?
In separate toolsRe-typed by hand out of the delivery tool
In KoraGenerated from the milestone delivery signed off
Common questions
Is Kora one product or several tools bundled together?+
One product, one login, one permission model. Projects, time tracking, billing, HR, and BD/CRM all read from the same underlying data — a milestone marked billing-ready is what an invoice request is built from, not a separate copy of the same fact.
Can we turn off modules we don't need?+
Yes — modules are enabled per organization, and role permissions control who sees what within an enabled module.
How does Kora handle roles and data visibility?+
Through granular, permission-based access control rather than fixed seat types — department heads see their department, BD contributors see their own pipeline, and every change is captured in a full audit log.
What integrations does Kora support today?+
Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Calendar) and Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Gmail), with capability routing when both are connected. Slack, QuickBooks, and Xero are on the roadmap.
