About

We build the ERP we wished existed for services teams.

Kora started from one frustration: delivery, time, billing, people, and pipeline almost always run in five disconnected tools that don't agree by month-end.

A milestone your delivery team marks complete should be the same fact your finance team bills from — not a number someone re-types into another system. A department head's view should reflect their actual department, not a shared admin login nobody wants to touch.

That's the whole premise: one data model and one permission model, applied consistently across projects, time, billing, people, and pipeline — instead of a dozen point tools stitched together with exports and hope.

How we build

Four things we hold to.

One fact, recorded onceIf delivery and finance disagree at month-end, the problem is usually two copies of the same fact. We keep one.
Permissions over seat typesReal organizations delegate authority precisely. Admin/Member/Viewer can't express that, so we didn't build it that way.
Say what isn't built yetComing-soon states, no certifications we don't hold, and no invented customer logos. It costs us a little polish and buys trust.
Fast enough to actually useA timesheet nobody fills in is worse than no timesheet. Entry speed is a feature, not a detail.

Built alongside the teams who run on it.

Kora is developed with consulting, agency, and donor-funded organizations using it on live engagements — the roadmap follows what breaks in real work.

Working on this with us

We hire for the same things we build for: precision about what's actually true, and impatience with work that only looks finished. Open roles are posted on the careers page — and if there's no listing that fits, write to us anyway.

Curious how Kora would fit your team?

We're happy to talk it through directly — no sales script.
