Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms govern access to and use of Kora ERP ("Kora," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, your organization ("Customer," "you") agrees to be bound by them.

2. The service

Kora provides project management, time tracking, billing and invoicing, HR, business development/CRM, and related modules on a subscription basis. Available modules depend on your plan and can change over time.

3. Accounts and users

You are responsible for the accounts your organization creates, the roles and permissions you assign to them, and for keeping credentials confidential.

4. Subscription, fees, and payment

Fees are billed per active user per month, based on the modules enabled for your organization. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Data ownership

You own the data you put into Kora. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment or a material breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kora's liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
