Track pipeline and opportunities

  1. Open Business Development and choose Pipeline leads or Opportunities.

  2. Open an opportunity and maintain its owner, department, value, and stage.

  3. Use the available Bid/No-Bid, stakeholder, partner, and funder records to support the pursuit.

  4. Review the overview with the relevant timeframe, record year, and other filters.

Troubleshooting

An opportunity is missing from totals

Check the timeframe, record year, owner, and any other active filters.

Pipeline records seem duplicated

Compare their identifiers and record types before editing: a lead and an opportunity are different records.
