Key concepts & fields
| Concept | What to know |
|---|---|
| Lead / opportunity | Related pipeline workspaces. Use the correct list when locating a pursuit. |
| Stage | The opportunity's current progress through the pursuit. |
| Bid/No-Bid | The decision record supporting whether to pursue the opportunity. |
| Partners, funders, stakeholders | Supporting relationships used to understand and manage the pursuit. |
Troubleshooting
An opportunity is missing from totals
Check the timeframe, record year, owner, and any other active filters.
Pipeline records seem duplicated
Compare their identifiers and record types before editing: a lead and an opportunity are different records.
