Key concepts & fields
| Concept | What to know |
|---|---|
| Available connection | Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom have connection workflows. Deployment configuration still determines availability. |
| Authorization | Complete the provider's connection flow using the intended account. |
| Capability | Configure the relevant documents, calendar, email, chat, or meetings capability after connecting. |
| Coming soon | A catalog entry is not necessarily an available connection. Check its availability before planning a workflow around it. |
Troubleshooting
Connected but nothing is delivered
Check the capability configuration and connection status, then use the available test action.
The provider cannot be connected
Check whether it is marked Coming soon or requires deployment configuration; ask your administrator to review the setup.
